1. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Check in time is after 1:00 p.m. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m
2. Renters must register upon arrival.
3. Recreational facilities are for the sole use of the renters and their guests.
4. No one will be admitted to the resort after 9:00 p.m., as a courtesy to our guests.
5. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
6. No vehicle maintenance may be preformed on the R.V. property and tent sites.
7. No trespassing or parking on any other sites. Motorcycles, mopeds, mini-bikes, etc. may not be used in the resort in such a way to create a disturbance or nuisance.
8. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult when at the clubhouse and recreational facilities.
9. The resort is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
10. Soliciting is prohibited.
11. Shoes and shirts must be worn in the clubhouse at all times. No wet swim suites in the clubhouse.
12. No hair dying or coloring allowed in the restrooms or shower facilities.
13. Alcoholic beverages are to be confined to your campsite. Maine law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to possess or consume alcoholic beverages or anyone to furnish the alcoholic beverages to anyone under age. Disorderly conduct will be cause for eviction from the resort.
14. Litter: Your campground was clean prior to your arrival, so please leave your campsite neat for your fellow campers.
15. Cigarette Smokers: Please be considerate of other campers using our facility. Please do not smoke in any of the buildings
16. Camping Units: One (tent, R.V. or camper) is permitted per site. One car per site. Additional autos will be kept in the parking lot.
17. Seasonal rates: are available. Ask at the reservation desk or call 207-543-5189.
18. Speed limit is posted at 5 m.p.h. and must be observed.
19. Sewer lines must use collars to eliminate smell.
20. Two pets are allowed per site. Pets must be on a leash at all times. No aggressive breeds of dogs.
21. Incoming mail and messages may be picked up at the office between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
22. A visitor pass will be issued by us. Visitor policy is that visitors must register. All visitors staying overnight with our guests are required to pay an additional $4.00. Visitors may not bring pets into the resort.
23. No lifeguard on duty. The lake is for everyone to enjoy. Parents are responsible and need to supervise their children at all times.
24. All prices abased on family of 4: 2 adults, 2 children.
